At Champ Vision, we accept returns on faulty items or incorrect sizing within 30 days of purchase.


 

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

 

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition, with original tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Items that are worn, damaged, altered, or returned without proof of purchase may not be accepted.

 


 

HOW TO RETURN

Before sending anything back, please email us at info@champvision.co with your order details.

Once your return is approved, you’ll be given instructions on how to ship it back.


➡️ Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover the cost of returning items.


 

REFUNDS

If you request a refund within 30 days and your return is approved, we will refund the product cost only.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us with clear photos and a description of the fault.

We’ll meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act, offering a refund, exchange, or store credit where appropriate.
