DISPATCH SCHEDULE

Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be packed and sent.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and carrier fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. These may be charged upon delivery, depending on your country’s customs regulations.

If customs clearance is required, it may cause delays outside our control. In some cases, customs may request additional identification (such as a Tax ID, CPF, or Unique Identification Number) to release your package.

UNCLAIMED OR RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is unclaimed and returned to us, a reshipment fee will apply. We are not responsible for unclaimed parcels and will only resend the order once the reshipment cost has been covered.
